After 50 years at the helm of pulsFOG, Werner stepped down and handed the family business to his son Mathias, who has been with pulsFOG since he was 25 and worked in all areas of the company from the assembly line to sales and finance. In 2012 he took charge of the joint management with his father and in November 2020, Mathias Stahl officially took over as sole proprietor of the family-owned fogging company pulsFOG Dr. Stahl & Sohn GmbH and Dr. Stahl & Sohn GmbH & Co. KG. The 38 year old is now steering the family business in the third generation.

Shortly before the official handover, Werner Stahl said “I am happy and proud to see that my son Mathias is now stepping into my footsteps, like it was back in the day with my father. It won’t be always easy but over all the years we worked together side-by-side, I am confident he will make the right decisions at the right times. He’s fully backed and supported by the whole pulsFOG team.”

It has been a smooth transition and Mathias has already been hard at work focusing on the development of the new highly powerful K-50 Thermal fogging machine, as well as a new line of cold foggers which will be launched in the near future.

Mathias says he feels “very fortunate to continue the third generation of pulsFog and the opportunity to work daily with an amazing team of people in our Germany offices as well our production partners around the globe.“
